A major nuclear accident in a Soviet Power Plant has unleashed a cloud of deadly radioactive dust. As the crisis worsening, threatening  the lives of thousands, Soviet authorities reluctantly turn to the United States for help. It's a job for Airwolf, the most advanced attach-helicopter in the world flown by Hawke's brother St, John (Barry Van Dyke) who's  been missing in MIA, now recovered.
