Airwolf is an advanced attack-helicopter with the most dangerous weapon systems in the air hidden somewhere in the United States by its test pilot Stringfellow Hawke. A major nuclear accident in a Soviet Power Plant has unleashed a cloud of deadly radioactive dust. As the crisis worsening, threatening the lives of thousands, Soviet authorities reluctantly turn to the United States for help. It's a job for Airwolf, the most advanced attach-helicopter in the world flown by Hawke's brother St, John (Barry Van Dyke) who's been missing in MIA, now recovered. Together with the rest of the team, they set up on a dangerous mission that must not fail for the sake of mankind. But as tension and mistrust grows between East and West, disaster looms.
